When you use the GWM App your personal information will be collected and processed by Haval Motors Australia Pty Ltd [GWM]. The personal information you provide to us will be used to establish and manage your GWM account, administer the GWM App and related functionality and for the purpose of product monitoring and improvement. If you do not provide any of the personal information requested, you may not be able to use the GWM App and related functionality.

We may disclose the information to third parties, including affiliates and service providers, and we will transfer and store personal information outside of Australia as part of our operations, including within Singapore and China.
